Soon, it is expected that my website, http://www.hackenmueller.com will be linked right on the website of King of the Cage. Besides this being a measure of how far I’ve come in just 2.5 years, it also reflects the faith that KOTC has in my work.
Here is a link to the highlights from my last show with King of the Cage. http://hackenmueller.smugmug.com/Rox-Baseball-2013/KOTC
Tomorrow I leave for another weekend of shooting. I can’t wait; I’ve made some great new friends as I’ve moved forward in this adventure of mine!
Have a good holiday weekend, everyone!
Congrats!!!
Thank you! I just returned from a great weekend with them!
Congratulations – that’s exciting! By the way, I meant to tell you I loved your post on Laurie Cahill (‘way back in March – time flies). She’s only three years older than me, and she’s my inspiration. I wish I’d started muay thai before all my torn ligaments and busted cartilage and arthritis. These days it seems like I’m just keeping the physiotherapists in business – but I’m having too much fun to quit! No brains, I guess. 😉
Thanks! Also, I love the story on Laurie…gives me hope for the future. I play dodgeball now (I’m 42) and have for a decade now. Every season, something hurts a bit more. I have to hang in there three more years though. My goal is to play on the same team with my daughter, who is 13 right now. Hopefully I’m still in one piece by the time it is all over, LOL
